Charles O'Neil (Exhibited 1883 -1924)
Charles O’Neil was an accomplished English watercolorist and painter in oils who lived in and around Liverpool late in the 19th and early in the 20th century. He exhibited frequently at the Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool and also at the Royal Academy in London.
